We at Six Senses Spa are committed to giving you the best of what we have to offer. Thus, we have formulated these essential spa etiquette guidelines that will help preserve a safe and tranquil spa setting for you and fellow guests.

Spa Opening Hours

We are open daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Spa Reservations

To inquire or make a reservation, please dial extension 418 from your villa or call +248 467 1058. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred treatment time.

Prior to Arrival

For your comfort, we suggest leaving jewelry and valuables in your villa. If you're a male guest, we recommend shaving before facial treatments to maximize results. Consider scheduling the steam and experience shower before your treatment to enhance the benefits.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to complete a health assessment and enjoy the tranquil spa environment.

Consultation

Personal consultations are available to determine your unique needs and tailor your treatment or spa schedule.

Late Arrivals

In consideration of other guests, we can't extend treatment times for late arrivals.

Cancellations

Individual treatments require four hours' notice, and spa packages need 24 hours' notice; otherwise, a 50 percent charge will apply. Missed appointments will incur a 100 percent treatment charge.

During Your Stay

To maintain the spa's serene atmosphere, we kindly request no smoking or active mobile phones. Please speak softly to ensure a peaceful environment.

After Your Treatment

For at least six hours after massages, body treatments, or waxing, we recommend avoiding sunbathing. You can extend your spa experience at home with a selection of spa products available for purchase at the Spa Gallery.

Payment

All treatments will be billed to your villa and settled upon departure from the resort.

Children

Young guests aged 5 to 14 are welcome to use the infinity pool and enjoy selected treatments under the supervision of a guardian.

Gym Policies

For your safety, please wear sports shoes in the gym. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using gym equipment. Contact your gym or dial extension 418 to schedule your preferred workout time.
