Spa Etiquette

To ensure a harmonious and tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to our spa etiquette rules. Your cooperation helps us maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere within the spa premises.

Reservation

To ensure your preferences are met, we highly recommend making advanced reservations for your spa treatments. Resort guests can easily book their sessions by using the 'At Your Service' button on their in-room telephone or by directly calling the Spa reception at extension 2301. For those outside the resort, please dial +248 438 7000 or send an email to seselspa@story-hotels.com.

Arrival

We kindly advise arriving at Seselspa 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you ample time to complete your consultation form and change into comfortable attire. If you plan to utilize the shower facilities before your treatment, we recommend arriving 30 minutes in advance.

Spa Ambience

Our spa is a serene and tranquil environment, where mobile phones and smoking are not permitted to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. We kindly request that you respect the privacy and tranquility of fellow guests.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to both our team and other guests, we ask that you provide at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled treatment(s) as a "No show."

Spa Attire

Please feel free to disrobe to your comfort level; we offer disposable undergarments to respect your privacy. Rest assured that our therapists are fully trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy during treatments.

Valuables

For your peace of mind, we recommend leaving all valuable belongings in your room or villa safe. STORY Seychelles and Seselspa cannot assume responsibility for any lost, damaged, or forgotten personal items.

Kindly note that our massages are intended for relaxation purposes and are not therapeutic in nature.

We provide separate male and female saunas for your convenience, along with outdoor rain showers. Additionally, you can enjoy serene relaxation areas where you can savor a refreshing cup of ginger tea with honey.
