Abhaye Valabhji Pty Ltd, known as "AV" by its customers and suppliers, is the flagship company of Abhaye. Founded in 1962 by Mr. Abhaye Valabhji, the company started as a small retailer purchasing general merchandise from wholesalers and importers. With a vision to be unique in the business sector of Seychelles Island, AV expanded and diversified its line of products. Today, it stands among the top five corporate bodies in the country. The company has established multiple showrooms in Seychelles, each specializing in different product lines. By prioritizing customer service and satisfaction, AV has captured a significant market share in vehicles, outboards, and household appliances. Over the years, it has also ventured into real estate, marine business, hotel supplies, and automobile-related products and services. Mr. Anil Valabhji, who took over as the Managing Director in 1989, now leads AV and manages a dedicated staff of over 100 professionals.
