Penlac Co. Ltd was established in 1985 as a parastatal organization in Seychelles. Initially, it operated as a joint venture between the Government of Seychelles, Tropicolor Ltd, and a Mauritian company called Mauvilac. In 1995, the company underwent a public tender for sale and was eventually acquired by a well-established private concern. Since then, Penlac has been dedicated to delivering top-quality paints and services to its customers.
