Work Procedures and Efficient Quoting

To streamline the quoting process and ensure a quick turnaround time for our clients, we have implemented efficient work procedures. We kindly request our clients to provide us with their measurements, enabling us to generate accurate quotes promptly. There are multiple channels through which clients can provide these measurements: via phone calls, visiting our office, or even through email. We prioritize convenience and aim to make the quoting process as seamless as possible.

Installation Options

Our aluminium work installations are available on three main islands: Mahe, Praslin, and La Digue. Clients residing or operating on these islands can take advantage of our installation services. Our skilled technicians visit each island regularly to carry out measurements and installations.

Delivery Timeline

Once the measurements are obtained and the necessary arrangements are made, we ensure timely delivery of all our works. The standard delivery timeframe is one month, starting from the date of measurements taken by our technicians. It is important to note that this timeline comes into effect after the completion of the initial payment, which consists of a 50% deposit. We value efficiency and strive to provide our clients with prompt delivery to meet their project deadlines.

Self-Installation Option

For clients who prefer to handle the installation themselves, we offer a self-installation option. This allows clients to take control of the installation process and complete it within one to two weeks. To opt for self-installation, clients need to provide us with a signed document containing the correct measurements. Furthermore, they must arrange for the collection and transportation of the work themselves. We provide the necessary guidance and support to ensure a successful self-installation experience.
