Big game fishing with Billy's Charter on Mahe Island, Seychelles

Full day inshore coastal fishing from Bel Ombre. We will go trolling, bottom fishing and jigging in the abundant waters of Malgash or Silhouette Island (depends on recent activity and reports in the area).

Our usual species for trolling would be the following pelagic predators:

• Bonito
• Yellowfin tuna (5kg up to 100kg with the average size being 10-15kg)
• Wahoo, also known as Kingfish (minimum size of 10 kg and up to 40 kg)
• Dorado, also known as Mahi Mahi (minimum size of 5kg and up to 10 kg)
• Barracuda
• Shark
• Sailfish (abundant in the area, from 20kg all the way up to 50 kg)
• Marlin can be caught also, however, for marlin fishing we suggest our drop-off trip for the whole day

For bottom-fishing and jigging, you would be catching mostly the following fish:

• Red snappers (from 2 kg to 15kg)
• Groupers (many varieties from 1kg to 10kg)
• Trevallies as well as Giant Trevally
• Barracuda
• Sharks
• Amberjack
• Job fish

• Fishing licenses for all guests
• Professional captain and deckhand
• Shimano Tiagra tournament grade equipment for trolling
• Trolling lures are included
• Jigging equipment
• Bottom fishing rigs and bait provided
• Soft drinks and water included

Available extras (upon request):

• Transfer to the Bel Ombre jetty - you can get a taxi on Mahe or ask us to order one for you
• Barbecue food, wine and beer - minimum extra EUR 200 for 2 people and 50 EUR per person above two.
