Our History: A Legacy of Trust and Evolution
- Founded on 1st August 1980 as Sacos following the State Assurance Corporation of Seychelles Act of 1980.
- Privatized in 2005, becoming State Assurance Company Ltd, and later rebranded as Sacos Group Ltd in October 2011.
- Proudly became the first company listed on Trop-X (now Merj), the local stock market, in August 2013.
- Embarked on a rebranding journey in February 2017, adopting the name Sacos Insurance Group.
