This level leads to a small garden and, a few steps away, down to the beach. Accommodating a maximum of 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, the third bedroom's sofa bed can be an extra bed for a child upon request.

A guest bathroom is also on this level. Ideal for 4 persons - either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, the villa offers breathtaking views from all levels.
