Please note that all software and data are the responsibility of the client, so we strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting your device for repair.

All repairs for laptops, desktops, phones, Macbooks, and iPads are covered by a 180-day warranty from the date of the closed call. This warranty applies only to items that were found defective and repaired by us. It does not apply to products returned without any defect or those that have been recalibrated. Keep in mind that out-of-warranty products may not be restored to their original specifications or dimensions. However, Juice Electronics Repair's warranty does not cover defects resulting from customer actions such as mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation beyond design limits, or repair by a third party. Furthermore, this warranty is void if there is evidence of misuse or mishandling.

Payment and Additional Services

We strive to make the repair process as seamless as possible for our customers. Full payment is due upon collection of your devices. To ensure a smooth diagnosis, we charge a non-refundable fee known as the Diagnosis Fee. This fee covers the time spent by our technicians, engineers, and administrative staff in processing, disassembling, and diagnosing the device to determine the cause of the failure.

For urgent repairs, we offer Priority Fix services that prioritize your repair job. The time required for Priority Fix repairs varies between 1 hour and 4 hours, depending on the availability of necessary parts and the complexity of the job. Our goal is to get your device back up and running in the shortest possible time.
