Family Law

We specialize in Family Law, broadly divided into two: divorce and child custody cases. With regard to divorce cases, we interact with clients who are on the brink of divorcing and try and speak to them in the hopes of reconciliation. In the event that reconciliation proves to be impossible, we then advise clients to seek divorce proceedings, handle their litigation, and assist in the amicable or contested settlement of matrimonial property and ancillary issues, such as custody of children and maintenance.

Criminal Law

We have a small criminal law practice, dealing mainly with sexual assault and juvenile cases. We defend people who have been accused and provide them with sound advice as to the merits of their case and assist them in the subsequent trials.

Property Law

Georges & Co is the acknowledged leader in domestic & international arbitration practice. It is also the firm of choice for property matters. We act for a number of very large companies involved in construction, property development & trading. The firm provides a broad range of advice, opinion & litigation services to these.
