Things to Note at Pebbles Cove

1. To maximize convenience, comfort, and enjoyment, please take note of the following:
2. A rental car is essential for easy access to nearby shops and getting around. We can assist in arranging one or recommend a rental company.
3. Adjacent construction work is happening, but the area is properly closed off with high netting. There might be occasional noise during working hours. We offer a discounted rate for our beachfront property during this time.
4. Our property consists of two buildings - a three-bedroom house and a garden studio cottage. Parking spaces and the central garden are shared spaces.
5. Check-in times are flexible (preferred time is 9am-1pm), but check-out is at 9am unless agreed otherwise. For early check-ins or late check-outs based on flight times, we recommend booking an extra day.
6. From 1st August 2023, the Seychelles Government has introduced a mandatory environmental levy for all tourism establishments. The fee applies per person per night, with exemptions for children aged 12 and below. Our beach house levy is at the lowest rate of Rs25 per person per night.
