Spa Etiquette

• Operating hours: The spa is open from 12 p.m to 8 p.m. Reservations are required. The fitness area is accessible by reservation from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Spa facilities: Spa hydro-thermal facilities are available for guests aged 16 and above from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and exclusively for spa treatment guests thereafter. Nudity is not allowed in communal areas, and it is recommended to keep valuables in your room.
• Reservations: It is highly recommended to book your spa treatments in advance to secure your preferred time and services. Please contact the spa reception to make your appointments. Upon reservation, you will be provided with a spa experience card to indicate your preferences and objectives for a personalized treatment. Inform the therapists in advance if you are pregnant, have allergies, physical ailments, or disabilities.
• Late arrival: Arriving late for your appointment will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next guest. Please be punctual to fully enjoy your spa experience.
• Non-smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the spa areas.
• Mobile phones: Please ensure that your mobile phones, pagers, and other electronic devices are turned off or set to silent mode during your visit to maintain a serene atmosphere.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly inform the spa at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a 50% late cancellation fee. Failure to notify of the cancellation will result in the full price of the treatment being charged to your account.
